Tony Muschura
Tony specializes in human error risk management in industrialized facilities. He has provided human performance risk-management consulting services to high-hazard industries, mostly commercial nuclear power, for over 25 years. Tony worked for the Institute of Nuclear Power Operations (INPO) from 1985 to 2007.
